For a prepaid mobile number with a positive balance, if no payment has been made, the account has not been topped up, and the number has not been used for outgoing or incoming (voice or non-voice) calls or for senDing SMS messages for a period of three months or more, the number with a positive balance is retained for 6 (six) months after termination of the contract, in accordance with clause 13.2.12 of the Terms and ConDitions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” ОJSC. During this period, the contract may be re-concluded, and after the expiration of this period, the same number may be restored subject to the number's availability.

To activate the package after term expiration, it’s necessary to make a payment in 60 days, because after 60 days the package will be terminated and for reactivation, the owner, in whose name the package is registered, will have to visit Team retail stores with his passport.

After term expiration, when there is sufficient balance on the account, it is charged and the package is reconnected for 30-day period and there will be no need to Dial any code. You will be informed about package re-activation via SMS.
