Subscribers who signed contracts online can terminate them in the same manner.

To terminate a contract, the subscriber must:

1. Download and complete the approved contract termination form;
2. Sign the printed form and prepare a scanned copy;
3. Attach to the form:

• a scanned copy of the passport (the page with personal information and photo) or a scanned copy of the ID card (both sides);
• a photo (selfie) of the subscriber holding their passport or ID card for identification purposes;
• an application copy of the online pre-paid number purchase through the My Team app (an example of such an application is here).

Note: If the application is signed using the Mobile ID electronic signature, a scanned copy of the passport (the page with personal information and photo) or a scanned copy of the ID card (both sides), as well as a selfie with the document, are not required.

       4. The complete package of documents must be sent to the following email address with the subject contract termination: online-termination@telecomarmenia.am

After reviewing the subscriber's application for contract termination and the attached documents, the operator will terminate the contract effective from the date specified in the application, unless there are grounds for refusal stipulated by applicable law or the terms of the contract.
