How can I know when my replenishment expires?
The replenishment does not expire. You will be able to use the amount with no time limits as long as your account balance is positive (there is money on your account).

I have just replenished my balance, yet balance check shows no information regarding the number of expiry days. Why?
There is no limit of days now. You may charge your balance with any amount and use services of Team mobile communications without a limit for days.

What happens to my current replenishment expiration date?
Nothing, currently there is no expiration date for account replenishment. Your replenishment is indefinite.

If there is no replenishment expiration date, can I not recharge my number and talk even within 1 year?
Yes, you can in case your balance in not nil. And if the balance is nil, you can only use incoming services (receive calls, SMS, MMS etc.).

What is my SIM-card’s validity period in case of zero or negative account balance?
If the balance of your account is zero or negative and you don’t use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services may be suspended and the contract cancelled unilaterally according to 11.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Team” CJSC. In the case of non-activation of the prepaid mobile communication system number assigned to the subscriber within three months after purchase, as well as in the case of non-use of services for the outgoing or incoming (voice or non-voice) SMS messages for receiving/sending for three ormore months. In case of expiration of the specified period, the restoration of the number will be possible upon its availability.

What is my SIM-card’s validity period in case of positive account balance?
If the balance of your account is positive and you use communication services, the validity period of the SIM card is unlimited. If you don’t use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services may be suspended and the contract cancelled unilaterally according to 7.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Team” CJSC. The contract can be renegotiated with the same number within 1 year. To restore the number, you need to attend the nearest Team Sales and Service Office with an identity document and sign a contract as a new subscriber with the same number by choosing one of the actual tariff plans and paying the cost of the selected tariff plan. In case of expiration of the specified period, the restoration of the number will be possible upon its availability.

How will the cash back be done, if there is no sufficient money on the balance?
The expiration date for lent money is 3 days, after those days the sum of ‘Trusted payment’’ will be collected back from your balance, even if there is not the proper amount.

Why can’t I activate the service?
You can reuse ‘’Trusted Payment’’ service after 2 days, passed from the last transfer of the money to your balance. You can reactivate the service after the last borrowed amount is charged from your balance.

How can I block the service by code? I don’t want this service be available for my phone number?
The service can’t be blocked via code. To make it unavailable on your number you need to apply to Call Centre or visit Team retail store.

How much is the service connection cost?
The service connection cost is 29 AMD.

Can we use the service while outside of Armenia?
It is possible to get "Trusted payment" both in Armenia and in roaming.

Can postpaid subscribers use the service?
The service is for only prepaid subscribers.

How will the cash back be done, if there is no sufficient money on the balance?
