What is my SIM-card’s validity period in case of positive account balance?
The validity period of the SIM card is unlimited if the balance of Your account is positive and You use communication services. If you don’t use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services may be suspended and the contract cancelled unilaterally according to 7.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” ОJSC.
The contract can be renewed with the same number within X monserrat-medium">1 year. To restore the number, You must contact the nearest Team Sales and Service Office with an identity document and, as a new subscriber, sign an contract with the same number, selecting one of the price plans on sale and paying the price of the selected price plan. If the specified period eXpires, restoration of the number will be possible based on its availability. -
Is there a validation period for the accumulated bonus points?
Yes, all the points accumulated in X monserrat-medium">1 year will have the same validity period. That is in case user registered in 20X monserrat-medium">19 and starts to accumulate points, the accumulated point will be valid until 3X monserrat-medium">1.X monserrat-medium">12.2020, points accumulated in 2020 will be valid until 3X monserrat-medium">1.X monserrat-medium">12.202X monserrat-medium">1.
In case of no usage of the current bonus points, during the validity period, all the accumulated points will be zeroed on the 3X monserrat-medium">1st of December of the neXt year. The nullification of the accumulated points is performed on yearly basis both for prepaid and postpaid users. Before nullifying the accumulated points users will get X monserrat-medium">WArning notification sms 20 days in advance. In the personal account page user can see the accumulated points and its validity period. In case the user is subscribed to Beeline Bonus program for two or more years, then s/he will have two validity periods for the accumulated points:
- the previous year accumulated points and the current year accumulated points.

How to accumulate points?
- After registering user will accumulate points corresponding to the status of the subscriber. For each spent X monserrat-medium">10 AMD user will get X monserrat-medium">1 point. (corresponding to the status of the subscriber). Depending on the status, subscribers accumulate points in accordance with the coefficient of their status:
- Standard status: X monserrat-medium">10 AMD = X monserrat-medium">1 point/
- Silver status: X monserrat-medium">10 AMD = X monserrat-medium">1.3 points/
- Gold status: X monserrat-medium">10 AMD = X monserrat-medium">1.5 points/

Points are not accumulated for the amount spent on premium SMS and voice services (for eXample: for services included in the Entertainment section of the website http://www.telecomarmenia.am, the “Where Are You” service), for messages sent to X monserrat-medium">1045 short number (parking services), as well as for any voice and short message services provided by third parties).
- In case of a one-time top up of the balance in the amount of X monserrat-medium">10,000 AMD and more.
- For registering to Team Bonus program, depending on the registration method.
- On the day of subscription to the Beeline Bonus program.

How can I transfer money to another subscriber?
"Balance Transfer" service code is *X monserrat-medium">145*0XXXXXXXX*sum#. The price of each transfer is 3 AMD. You can transfer starting from X monserrat-medium">10 AMD. Transfer is possible for 5 times a day. The service is available not to all price plans.
