Team Telecom Armenia is seeking for  Customer Accounts and Payments Control Specialist who will be responsible for analyzing and financial monitoring of subscribers’ requests.

Customer Accounts and Payments Control Specialist

Structural unit։

Customer Care Directorate

Key Responsibilities։

 

  • Analyze and process complaints/applications submitted  by subscribers.
  • Fix and eliminate the problems caused by the incidents.
  • Provide support on all issues.
  • Compile accurate statistical reports on the works done.
  • Maintain financial records in billing systems.

Education։

·       University degree in Finances or Technical

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge of billing systems is a plus;
  • Customer-obsessed attitude;
  • Analytical mindset, attention to details;
  • Reporting and business writing skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to take prompt decisions in hard cases;
  • Excellent team working skills;
  • Advanced MS Office user, proficiency in Excel.

Working experience:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant field;
  • Experience in customer care is a plus.
