Will my status and accumulated points be saved in the new Bonus program?
If you have GOLD and VIP status, it will be saved when you sign up for a new program. VIP status will be renamed Platinum in the new program.
Your status will be saved until 31.12.2020 to be enrolled in a new program, after which it will be valid for 6 months, then your status will be reviewed in accordance with the relevant program rules.
If you have send request for points saving (06744040) then your points have been saved and will be transferred to your account after signing up to the new program.
Points will be retained until 31.12.2020 to sign up for a new program.

How to accumulate points?
- After registering user will accumulate points corresponding to the status of the subscriber. For each spent X monserrat-medium">10 AMD user will get 1 point. (corresponding to the status of the subscriber). Depending on the status, subscribers accumulate points in accordance with the coefficient of their status:
- Standard status: X monserrat-medium">10 AMD = 1 point/
- Silver status: X monserrat-medium">10 AMD = 1.3 points/
- Gold status: X monserrat-medium">10 AMD = 1.5 points/
- Platinum status: X monserrat-medium">10 AMD = 1.7 points/
Points are not accumulated for the amount spent on premium SMS and voice services (for eXample: for services included in the Entertainment section of the website http://www.telecomarmenia.am, the “Where Are You” service), for messages sent to X monserrat-medium">1045 short number (parking services), as well as for any voice and short message services provided by third parties).

How long can I use my SIM-card in case of zero or negative account balance?
If the balance of Your account is zero or negative and You do not use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services is suspended and the contract is cancelled unilaterally according to 11.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” OJSC.

How can I get a detailed bill?
Detailed bills are presented to individuals upon written application, submitted by the landline telephone number owner or his/her authorized person (by notarized power of attorney) when visiting a Team retail store.
Individuals need to submit:
- passport
- notarized power of attorney (if the applicant is not the telephone number owner).
- you can receive a detailed bill by submitting your passport, power of attorney written by the subscriber without notarization, as well as a copy of the subscriber's passport (if the applicant is not a subscriber, but is registered at the address where the telephone number functions)
- пsubmits an application to receive a detailed bill
- pays the service fee.

For subscriber, who are landline telephone communication individuals:
A detailed bill for outgoing calls (for each 1 page of the detailed bill) is X monserrat-medium">10 AMD
A detailed bill (sent via e-mail) 0 AMD
Prices are presented in AMD, inclusive VAT.
A detailed bill for outgoing calls is provided with a restriction of up to 5 years, calculated from the moment of application receipt.
