What is my SIM-card’s validity period in case of positive account Balance?
The validity period of the SIM card is unlimited if the Balance of Your account is positive and You use communication services. If you don’t use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services may be suspended and the contract cancelled unilaterally according to 7.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” ОJSC.
The contract can be renewed with the same number within 1 year. To restore the number, You must contact the nearest Team Sales and Service Office with an identity document and, as a new subscriber, sign an contract with the same number, selecting one of the price plans on sale and paying the price of the selected price plan. If the specified period expires, restoration of the number will be possible based on its availability. -
How to accumulate points?
- After registering user will accumulate points corresponding to the status of the subscriber. For each spent 10 AMD user will get 1 point. (corresponding to the status of the subscriber). Depending on the status, subscribers accumulate points in accordance with the coefficient of their status:
- Standard status: 10 AMD = 1 point/
- Silver status: 10 AMD = 1.3 points/
- Gold status: 10 AMD = 1.5 points/
- Platinum status: 10 AMD = 1.7 points/
Points are not accumulated for the amount spent on premium SMS and voice services (for example: for services included in the Entertainment section of the website http://www.telecomarmenia.am, the “Where Are You” service), for messages sent to 1045 short number (parking services), as well as for any voice and short message services provided by third parties).
- In case of a one-time top up of the Balance in the amount of 10,000 AMD and more.
- For registering to Team Bonus program, depending on the registration method.
- On the day of subscription to the Beeline Bonus program.
- When switching to certain tariff plans.

How long can I use my SIM-card in case of zero or negative account Balance?
If the Balance of Your account is zero or negative and You do not use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services is suspended and the contract is cancelled unilaterally according to 11.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” OJSC.

Recharge is unlimited. You will be able to use the top up amount for an unlimited period as long as Your Balance is positive (there is money on the Balance).

Yes, You can top up Your Balance in roaming via online payment, through terminals, depending on the country You are in.

I want to call just one person with a hidden caller ID, but not to other numbers.
To make a call with hidden caller ID to only one subscriber, You can activate ‘’Incognito’’ service by dialing *171# command, then before calling dial #31# before the number. The daily fee of the service is 25 AMD. The service can be used only if the Balance is positive. The service remains active until it’s deactivated.
To deactivate it is necessary to dial the *110*070# command. After deactivating the service #31# will no longer be active.
