How to enroll in the program?
In order to benefit from the program subscribers should register to “Team Bonus” program. Registration is free.
User can registr to the program in 3 WAys
- through the website http://www.telecomarmenia.am by registering to “Personal account” and visiting “Bonus” section.
- through “My Team” mobile appliCation. Download the appliCation, register, visit the “Bonus” section and get more bonus points.
- through USSD menu by dialling the applicable *555# command
After completing the registration, the user will get a notifiCation on successful enrolment and will start to accumulate points for his/her activities.
In case the user is already registered in “Personal account” they just need to visit the “Bonus” section.

Who can benefit from “Team Bonus”?
The program is available both for prepaid and postpaid physical entities of “Team” CJSC, using mobile and convergent bundles. The program is also available for the users of “My Company”, who are registered on the tariff plans available for physical entities

How long can I use my SIM-card in case of zero or negative account balance?
If the balance of Your account is zero or negative and You do not use communiCation services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services is suspended and the contract is cancelled unilaterally according to 11.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communiCation services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” OJSC.
You have connected equipment to a public electronic communiCations network that is incompatible with or interferes with the operation of the public electronic communiCations network or the ability of others to use public electronic communiCations services. -
If there is no charging period, can I go without charging and talking even for 1 year?
Yes, if Your balance is not zero. If it is zero, then You can use only incoming services (receive calls and SMS).

How can I know the balance recharge validity period?
Recharge is unlimited. You will be able to use the top up amount for an unlimited period as long as Your balance is positive (there is money on the balance).

When the bill is ready for the postpaid system?
The subscriber can see the amount due for the previous month as soon as the bills are ready, from the 2nd to the 4th of each month.

How can I get information about the balance of PLE service?
To get information about the balances of services, included in your price plan, you can dial *113# code․ To check the balance of your corporate account, dial the code *109#.

Can I activate roaming services if I am already outside of the country?
The services can be activated, however, we cannot guarantee that they will work correctly, since this number is already outside the RA.

Can I use the "Call me" and the "Recharge my balance" services while in roaming?
Yes, it is possible.
