Will my status and accumulated points be saved in the new Bonus program?
If you have GOLD and VIP status, it will be saved when you sign up for a new program. VIP status will be renamed Platinum in the new program.

Can the accumulated bonus points be transferred to another subscriber?
No. The accumulated points and corresponding services they have been exchaged with, cannot be transferred to another subscriber of Team.

We use COMBO plan, but we don’t make use of mobile number. Will my phone be charged if we make a payment?
Yes, regardless of the fact whether you use the number or not, if the contract has not been terminated, package activation charges are performed.

Why can't I use the service?
Next time "Trusted payment" can be received 2 days after the charge of the previously received amount. You can use the service again, when the previous received amount has been charged from the balance. The service is available to prepaid system subscribers, who have been using "Team" mobile network services for more than 3 months.

• to accept the second call, interrupting the ongoing conversation
• to talk to the two callers in sequenceto continue the conversation without receiving the new call

To pass from one caller to the other, please press the "Flash" button and dial 2.
In the event of finishing the conversation with one of the subscribers, please press the "Flash" button, then press 1 and continue talking with both subscribers.
