You can activate ‘’Giga 1’’ monthly high-speed internet service by *1101# USSD code and it can be deactivated by *1001# USSD code. The monthly fee of the service is 700 AMD. The free internet data is 1GB. You can activate ‘’Giga 2’’ monthly high-speed internet service by *1102# USSD code and it can be deactivated by *1002# USSD code. The monthly fee of the service is 1000 AMD. The free internet data is 2GB. ‘’Giga 5’’ monthly high-speed internet service can be activated by *1105# USSD code and it can be deactivated by *1005# USSD code. The monthly fee of the service is 2000 AMD. The free internet data is 5GB. ‘’Giga 10’’ monthly high-speed internet service activation code is *1110#, deactivation code is *1010#. The service fee is 3500 AMD. The free internet data is 10 GB. ’Giga 15’ monthly high-speed internet service activation code is *1115#, deactivation code is *1015#. The service fee is 6000 AMD. The free internet data is 15 GB.

How much is the "Giga" Internet service monthly fee?
Monthly fee for the "Giga 1" monthly high-speed Internet service is 700 AMD for an Internet volume of 1GB. Monthly fee for the "Giga 2" monthly high-speed Internet service is 1000 AMD for an Internet volume of 2GB. Can I activate daily internet service after using up the volume?
No, you cannot activate another internet service simultaneously. To activate another service, you should deactivate the Giga service in advance.

The telephone data and the data, provided by the provider, may differ from each other. When providing the service, the provider data is taken into account.

Why can't I activate the "Rusastanyan" service?
The Giga service and the Russian service cannot operate together.

How much is the tariff for 1 MB after using up the provided volume?
After using the free of charge internet volume until the term expiration, the cost of 1MB of internet is 5 AMD.

Is the unused data bandwidth added to the next month's volume?
If not reaching the data limit, the remaining data is erased and is not added to next month's internet.

Is the service available, if the number belongs to the postpaid system?
The service is available for prepaid as well as postpaid subscribers.

Will the service get activated automatically, if after 31 day given period, I won’t have enough money in my account?
If after 31-day service term expiration there isn't enough money in your account, that exceeds the monthly fee, a 7-day viewing period is provided for top up. During the viewing period, when required amount is topped up, the monthly service fee is charged and the service is provided again for a period of 31 days, including the day of reactivation.

Why can't I activate the "Giga" service immediately after the "Mega" service deactivation?
The service can be activated after 30 minutes, afterwards the deactivation of previous service.

Is it necessary to restart the telephone every time after service activation?
After service activation, please make sure that the sum is charged, turn restart your phone, and then only use the internet to ensure that your balance is charged correctly. If there are any active internet sessions, the charging can be performed from the main balance.

Can I use the provided internet data in roaming zone?
The indicated service operates only in the territory of RA.

You can activate the service only in case you have deactivated the previous internet service. The services do not operate simultaneously.

I activated the service after 23:55 and received a message confirming the activation, however I am getting charged. Why?
Activating the service between 23:55-00:00, you need to wait for the second message, which you will receive after 00:00, where it is indicated that the service is active.

I have been using the service for several months. Previously this volume was sufficient for me, however, during this month the data was consumed earlier than it was supposed to. Does the internet data allowance change periodically?
The internet data cannot be periodically changed by us, the volume can finish because of sites that use significantly heavy amount of data, as well as keeping mobile data active and because of automatic update of applications.

How can I activate the service?
You can activate the daily "Mega 300" internet service by dialing the *1150# code. The daily fee is 100 AMD. You can activate the daily "Mega 500" internet service by dialing the *1500# code. The daily fee is 150 AMD.

What is the volume provided when activating the "Mega" daily Internet service?
The "Mega 300''provides 300 MB of high-speed internet for a daily fee of 100 AMD, with no megabytes tariffication. The "Mega 500" provides 500 MB of high-speed internet for a daily fee of 150 AMD, with no megabytes tariffication. After using the free of charge internet volume, and till the end of the calendar day you can continue using high-speed internet at a special tariff of 5 AMD/1MB.

Is it necessary to turn off / on the telephone?
The telephone must be turned off/on after charging is performed, when you receive the 2nd message, and if there was a sufficient amount on your account at night and the charging was performed at night between 00:00-03:30, then you must turn off/on the telephone.

How can I check the number of MBs left?
You can check the used volume by dialing the *107# OK code, the information is presented in KBs.

Can I turn it off after activation to prevent from charging for the next day?
After dialing the service deactivation code, it is disconnected, and you will use the internet at price under the tariff plan, if you want to prevent from charging for the following days, you must dial the service deactivation code till 12 am. After service deactivation, you should disconnect the cellular data to prevent automatic internet connection and charging from the account.

Why was an account charged, if the service was active?
As the MBs provided for the day had finished, you continued using the internet for 5 AMD p/MB.

For what period is 300/500 MB sufficient?
The service provides certain amount of internet data, and we cannot indicate for what period it will be sufficient, as it depends on the sites you are surfing, the model of telephone and chosen network type.

I am using Smart tariff plan, and I have some megabytes left, that are provided according to tariff plan, but when I use the Internet, my account is charged.
‘’Mega 300/500’’ service is active on the number, which according to the tariff plan becomes a priority and after using the free internet data of ‘’Mega’’ service, you are charged 5 AMD p/Mb.

I am using Mega service and I want to activate an internet package; how can I do that?
The Mega 300/500 is activated on this number, if an Internet package is activated simultaneously with this service, the Internet volume will be used from both of the services. Therefore, we advise you not to activate the Internet package simultaneously with the Mega 300/500 service.

100/150 AMD is charged from the balance every day. Can you check the reason?
The Mega 300/500 service is active on the number, the daily fee of which is 100/150 AMD. If there is amount on the balance exceeding the daily fee, the service will automatically continue its provision to the customer until deactivation. If you don't use the Internet, you should deactivate it by dialing the *1151#/1501# code. You need to wait for the 2nd message, confirming the service activation. If the activation request was sent between 22:00-24:00, the service will be activated at the beginning of the next day. You will also receive a message, saying that charging was performed, and after that it is necessary to restart your phone to prevent additional charging.

I want to activate the Mega 300/500 service, but I receive an answer, that the service is already activated, but no daily charging is performed, please tell me why.
You have deactivated the Mega 300/500 service lately, and that is the reason why the system gives that anwer. In case of service deactivation, to activate it again you should wait for 15 minutes. If the activation request is made within 15 minutes from the moment of deactivation, the service probably will not be activated.

No, the service can be used only in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

It is necessary to check the telephone device settings and the number balance. The service is provided only if there is positive balance. To receive the telephone settings again, dial the *151*1# code and follow the instructions in the received message.

I used the COMBO 2 Max tariff plan until the expiration of 30 day period, but while using the TeamTV application, charging is performed, however pursuant to the terms it was supposed to operate free of charge.
It is possible, if the Mega 300/500 is active on the number, charging is performed while using the TeamTV application.
