PIN/PUK Codes Restoration
Restore your PIN/PUK codes in our Customer Care Offices
If You have lost the envelope containing your SIM card’s PIN/PUK codes, specialists at Team Service and Sales Centers or the Contact Center will assist you in recovering them.
Both prepaid and postpaid subscribers, including individuals and legal entities can recover their PIN/PUK codes.
Information is provided only after subscriber identification.
If the subscriber is an individual:
- At a Team Service and Sales Center, the subscriber presents a valid identification document.
- When contacting the Contact Center by phone, the subscriber completes the identification process.
If the subscriber is a legal entity:
- The authorized representative of the company presents a valid identification document and a power of attorney on behalf of company; if the request is made by the director, only an identification document is required.
- Completes an application for PIN/PUK code recovery.
- Provides at least three frequently dialed phone numbers.
A PUK code is required to unblock a SIM card if the PIN code has been entered incorrectly three times.
To unblock PIN1, dial:
**05*PUK1 code*new PIN1 code*repeat new PIN1 code#
To unblock PIN2, dial:
**052*PUK2 code*new PIN2 code*repeat new PIN2 code#
Attention!
If the PUK code is entered incorrectly for 10 times while attempting to unblock the SIM card, the SIM will be permanently blocked. In this case, the SIM card will need to be replaced.
