Is there a validation period for the accumulated bonus points?
Yes, all the points accumulated in 1 year will have the same validity period. That is in case user registered in 2019 and starts to accumulate points, the accumulated point will be valid until 31.12.2020, points accumulated in 2020 will be valid until 31.12.2021.
In case of no usage of the current bonus points, during the validity period, all the accumulated points will be zeroed on the 31st of December of the next year. The nullification of the accumulated points is performed on yearly basis both for prepaid and postpaid users. Before nullifying the accumulated points users will get WArning notification sms 20 days in advance. In the personal account page user can see the accumulated points and its validity period. In case the user is subscribed to Beeline Bonus program for two or more years, then s/he will have two validity periods for the accumulated points:
- the previous year accumulated points and the current year accumulated points.

I've set a fixed limit on my number, but the bill has exceeded the limit, why?
The reasons may be different. If the number WAs restored by making a payment after being blocked by the limit during the month, the sum of the bill WAs more. We should also inform you that the financial information in the postpaid system is updated every 4 hours and it is possible that expenses may be incurred before the update, as a result of which the account will exceed the limit, note that it is updated later in the roaming zone. It should also be noted that VAT is not included in the presentation of current expenses.

How can I block the service with a code? I do not WAnt this service be available for my phone number.
The service cannot be blocked by any code. To block it, You can contact the call center or visit the Team office.

In the case of a postpaid system, when will my number be suspended because of overdue amount?
Every month on the 19th, one-sided blockage occurs, blocking outgoing calls. On the 22nd, two-sided blocking occurs, and on the 23rd, no fee blocking occurs.

Why can't I make an outgoing call?
If you receive the "it is not allowed to use this service type from your telephone service" message when making an outgoing call, this means, that you have blocked outgoing calls. If you know the password, please dial #33*ABCD# to unblock outgoing calls. ABCD is the password.

What do the numbers of blocked directions mean?
You can choose which direction calls you WAnt to block.
The following 5 options are available.
• 01 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), and outgoing calls directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 02 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), outgoing calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services (090) and "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88),
• 03 – blocks international calls (00), calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to other RA and NKR landline networks (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Viva Cell, Orange, K-Telecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to services with additional cost (090),
• 04 – blocks international calls, calls to CIS countries, to "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to RA and NKR landline network operators (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Team, Viva Cell, Orange, K-Telecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and outgoing calls, directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 05 – block all outgoing calls, except for those to special numbers.
• 06 - allows landline network subscribers (apart from subscribers of Gyumri, Stepanavan and Akhuryan cities, subscribers of Vayk and Goris villages and CDMA subscribers) to make outgoing calls to RA and NKR landline network operators (010, 011, 02,03, 047, 060xx), and blocks outgoing calls to other directions (outgoing international calls (00;*88*, 88), outgoing calls to RA and NKR mobile network operators, to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to the services with additional cost (090)) -

- 03-blocks international outgoing calls, outgoing calls to Georgia, to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Baltic States, and outgoing calls made by ‘’Armenians’ World’’ service (*88*,88), other fixed (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), and mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh (Vivacell Orange, K-Telecom), ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888), blocks outgoing calls with value added services (090)

How can I get a detailed bill?
Detailed bills are presented to individuals upon written application, submitted by the landline telephone number owner or his/her authorized person (by notarized power of attorney) when visiting a Team retail store.
Individuals need to submit:
- passport
- notarized power of attorney (if the applicant is not the telephone number owner).
- you can receive a detailed bill by submitting your passport, power of attorney written by the subscriber without notarization, as well as a copy of the subscriber's passport (if the applicant is not a subscriber, but is registered at the address where the telephone number functions)
- пsubmits an application to receive a detailed bill
- pays the service fee.
Service fee
For subscriber, who are landline telephone communication individuals:
A detailed bill for outgoing calls (for each 1 page of the detailed bill) is 10 AMD
A detailed bill (sent via e-mail) 0 AMD
Prices are presented in AMD, inclusive VAT.
A detailed bill for outgoing calls is provided with a restriction of up to 5 years, calculated from the moment of application receipt.
