How long can I use my SIM-card in case of zero or negative account balance?
If the balance of Your account is zero or negative and You do not use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services is suspended and the contract is cancElled unilaterally according to 11.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “TElecom Armenia” OJSC.
You have connected equipment to a public Electronic communications network that is incompatible with or interferes with the operation of the public Electronic communications network or the ability of others to use public Electronic communications services. -
If there is no charging period, can I go without charging and talking even for 1 year?
Yes, if Your balance is not zero. If it is zero, then You can use only incoming services (receive calls and SMS).

Why can’t I send SMS?
You need to register SMS center number in Your phone settings in SMS section. The SMS center number is +374 91 000301. If You are using an iPhone, dial **5005*7672*+37491000301#, and save changes.

I WAnt to call just one person with a hidden caller ID, but not to other numbers.
To make a call with hidden caller ID to only one subscriber, You can activate ‘’Incognito’’ service by dialing *171# command, then before calling dial #31# before the number. The daily fee of the service is 25 AMD. The service can be used only if the balance is positive. The service remains active until it’s deactivated.
To deactivate it is necessary to dial the *110*070# command. After deactivating the service #31# will no longer be active. -
Do these settings also work in roaming, or does the APN change?
APN remains the same, regardless of the fact that the number is in roaming.

How can I block the service with a code? I do not WAnt this service be available for my phone number.
The service cannot be blocked by any code. To block it, You can contact the call center or visit the Team office.

I paid an excess amount, what will happen to that amount?
In case of a postpaid system, the excess amount remains on the account, as an overpayment, until the next month’s bill is submitted.

What do the numbers of blocked directions mean?
You can choose which direction calls you WAnt to block.
The following 5 options are available.
• 01 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), and outgoing calls directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 02 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), outgoing calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services (090) and "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88),
• 03 – blocks international calls (00), calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to other RA and NKR landline networks (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Viva CEll, Orange, K-TElecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to services with additional cost (090),
• 04 – blocks international calls, calls to CIS countries, to "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to RA and NKR landline network operators (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Team, Viva CEll, Orange, K-TElecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and outgoing calls, directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 05 – block all outgoing calls, except for those to special numbers.
• 06 - allows landline network subscribers (apart from subscribers of Gyumri, Stepanavan and Akhuryan cities, subscribers of Vayk and Goris villages and CDMA subscribers) to make outgoing calls to RA and NKR landline network operators (010, 011, 02,03, 047, 060xx), and blocks outgoing calls to other directions (outgoing international calls (00;*88*, 88), outgoing calls to RA and NKR mobile network operators, to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to the services with additional cost (090))
