1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. The Operator - "Team".
1.2. The Subscriber ("Team Subscriber") - shall mean the physical person, who has concluded a contract for "Telecom Armenia" mobile communication services delivery (hereinafter referred to as - "Subscription contract"). Subscriber shall be uniquely identified by the subscriber number.
1.3. Application – shall mean “My Team” mobile application downloaded on the subscriber’s device and allowing the Subscriber to manage the services of the Operator.
1.4. Operator’s Website - http://www.telecomarmenia.am
1.5. The operator's public offer is the general terms and conditions for the provision of publicly available electronic communications and other services to individuals and legal entities of JSC Telecom Armenia and is a public offer to conclude a contract for the provision of services posted on the operator's website.

2. General provisions

2.1. Hereunder, the Operator offers the subscribers, who have signed a Subscriber contract with the Operator and downloaded the Application on their device, to accept these Terms for providing “My Team” Application (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”).
2.2. Before the first start-up of the Application the Subscriber must read and agree hereto in order to use the Application.
2.3. By launching the Application, the Subscriber therewith accepts the Terms hereof and undertakes to comply with them to the fullest extent.
Terms of Use. Payment

3.1. Upon downloading and running this Application, the Subscriber shall be entitled to:

3.1.1. Connect/disconnect and use the services of the Operator. The full list of available services can be found on the Operator’s website.
3.1.2. pay for the Operator’s services available through the application from the balance of his/her number. 
3.2. Terms of using the Services stipulated by Clause 3.1 hereof, the cost and billing terms for them shall be available on the Operator's website. Upon ordering the Services, the Subscriber shall be deemed to have read and agreed to the terms of use, billing procedure and cost thereof.
3.3. The Subscriber shall bear full liability for all requests and actions, performed by him/her through the Application after the launch thereof.
3.4. “My Team” Application’s GPRS traffic shall not be billed for Beeline prepaid system subscribers.
3.5. The Subscriber may refuse to use the Application through relevant tools designed for disconnection purposes.
3.6. The Operator has the right to determine the composition of the Application services, its structure and interface, as well as to modify the Application by introducing new products and services, enable access to new services without prior notice to the Subscriber thereof.
3.7. The operator has the right to inform the Subscriber of new tariff plans, promotions, etc by E-mail. The subscriber may subscribe to/unsubscribe from receiving notifications from Operator by making relevant configuration in the Application settings.
3.8. Herewith, the Subscriber agrees to receive information on various initiatives sent out by the Operator to the e-mail address provided by the Subscriber. Furthermore, the Subscriber is entitled to refuse receiving such messages e-mailed by the Operator at any time by applying to the Operator with such request.

4. Restrictions and Liability

4.1. The Application shall not be accessible on USB-modems.
4.2. The Subscriber undertakes not use the Application to perform any actions contradicting to the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
4.3. The Subscriber covenants to take appropriate measures to configure his/her device in a way that would prevent the use of the Application by any third-parties in bad faith, as well as to respond promptly in the event when such cases occur.
4.4. The Operator shall not be liable and shall not reimburse any damage, caused by the unauthorized use of the Application by third-parties.
4.5. The Subscriber shall be held liable for the actions of the third parties, making use of the Subscriber’s number to use the Application.
4.6. Under no circumstances the Operator shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage, caused to the Subscriber due to the use or inability to use the Application by the latter and suffered as a result of errors, omissions, work interruptions, changes of functions, defects and delays in operation, which occurred by no fault of the Operator thereof.
4.7. The Application functions shall be fully available to the Subscribers only upon Subscriber’s access to the Internet network.

5. Other terms

5.1. The performance of the actions by the Subscriber under the Terms hereof in order to start using the Application shall be deemed as full and unconditional agreement of the Subscriber hereof, including the restrictions contained herein.
5.2. In all other cases, not directly set forth hereunder, the Subscriber and the Operator shall be guided by the Subscription Contract.
