 Head of Kotayk Network Operations Team

Structure Unit

Network Planning, Construction, and Operations Department, Technical directorate

Key Responsibilities:

·     Lead the operation and maintenance of network and the infrastructure.

·     Organize and manage modernization works of fixed network and infrastructure technologies.

·     Take measures aimed at improving the quality of provided services.

·     Oversee the activities of assigned operational areas.

·     Supervise scheduled preventive maintenance works.

·     Lead, organize, and participate in construction works related to network modernization, reconstruction, and expansion of infrastructure.  

·     Manage and monitor the efficient use of the Company’s material and technical resources. 

Education:

·     University diploma in Technical field

Qualifications and Skills:

·     Knowledge of telecommunications technologies;

·     Strong management and organizational skills;

·     Excellent communication skills;

·     Ability to build and lead a team;

·     Willingness to adapt to changes;

·     Ability to deal with hard cases;

·     Advanced user of MS Office;  

·     Excellent command of Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages is a plus.

Experience

·     At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field;

·     Experience in telecommunication sector is an advantage;

·     Working experience in a managerial role is plus.
