Team Telecom Armenia is looking for B2B sales coordinator

Position Title :

B2B sales coordinator                    

Structural unit:

Corporate Sales Department, Commercial directorate

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Expand and develop strong relationship with existing customers.

·       Proceed with activities to search and attract new corporate clients.

·       Analyze the requests and demands of corporate clients and propose commercial offers.

·       Ensure long-term cooperation with clients via proposing upgraded commercial offers.

·       Ensure that all KPI’s are achieved.

Education:

·       University degree   

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques;
  • Business acumen;
  • Knowledge in the field of telecommunication is a plus;
  • Experience in working with external clients;
  • Result oriented;
  • Reporting and business writing skills;
  • Ability to work with people in conflict situations;
  • Decision making skills;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Advanced MS office user, Power Point;
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.

Working experience:

·       At least 1 year of working experience in sales and customer care
