Customs Clearance and Reporting Specialist

Division

 Operational directorate

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement customs clearance of Company’s goods and cargo․
• Prepare and reconcile the package of documents in cooperation with customs authorities.
• Organize and lead negotiations with transportation companies.
• Make document and cargo inspections jointly with customs representative.
• Acquire permits within customs legislation.
• Conduct customs clearance of the cargo from the customs warehouse and accompany it to the Company’s warehouse.
• Ensure accuracy of payments and calculations.

Education:

·       University degree  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hands-on experience in National Single Window and knowledge of Product List of Foreign Economic Operations;
• Knowledge of warehouse, customs operations and documentation;
• Knowledge of tools and methods of market research;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Sense of responsibility and accuracy;
• Ability to set priorities and deal in hard cases;
• Advanced MS Office user;
• Fluency in Armenian language, knowledge of Russian and English languages.

·        At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
