Position Title:

Property and Premises Leasing specialist

Structural Unit:

Real Estate Management Division

Key Responsibilities:

·       Organize the leasing process of real estate owned and/or exploited by the Company. 

·       Conduct negotiations on rental prices and leasing terms.

·       Coordinate geodetic and measurement activities for the premises.

·       Handle documentation related to the above-mentioned transactions.

·       Organize the notarial certification and state registration of lease rights for real estate, as required.

·       Carry out market research.

·       Monitor the validity periods of leasing agreements.

·       Organize the disposal (sale or transfer) process of Real estate under ownership of the Company.

·       Re-register owned real estate and make the necessary amendments in ownership certificates.

Education:

·     University degree preferably in Finance or Economics  

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Knowledge of the real estate market;

·       Analytical thinking;

·       Excellent negotiation skills;

·       Excellent reporting skills;

·       Strong collaboration skills and ability to act quickly in complex situations;

·       Time management skills;

·       Organizational skills;

·       Advanced MS Office user;

·       Excellent command of Armenian, knowledge of English and Russian languages․

Experience:

·     At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role
