Key Responsibilities:

·       Contact customers by phone calls.

·       Provide clear and full information on territorial access and tariff packages.

·       Offer appropriate tariff packages to customers according to the established procedure.

·       Carry out sales according to the approved plan.

·       Ensure confidentiality of subscriber data.

Education:

·       University degree

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Knowledge of sales technologies and techniques;

·       Excellent communication skills;

·       Literate and clear speech;

·       Flexibility, innovative approach to work;

·       Stress -resistant, attention to details;

·       Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language, knowledge of Russian and English languages is a plus;

·       Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package.

Working experience:

·       At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant field
