For the subscribers currently in roaming in Artsakh Beeline sets 0 AMD/minute tariff for all incoming calls, for local calls to fixed and mobile networks of Artsakh, and also for outgoing calls to the mobile network of Beeline Armenia (only +37443, +37499, +37496, +37491, +37433).
