Bonus points accumulated for postpaid subscribers?
For the postpaid Subscribers, the points are accumulated monthly and are provided upon payment of the bill for the mobile services. SMS notification on the accumulated points will be sent to the user once a month. In case the postpaid subscriber makes the payment in advance the accumulated bonus points will be transferred only on the 2nd of the next month.

When the bill is ready for the postpaid system?
The subscriber can see the amount due for the previous month as soon as the bills are ready, from the 2nd to the 4th of each month.

Can I activate roaming services if I am already outside of the country?
The services can be activated, however, we cannot guarantee that they will work correctly, since this number is already outside the RA.

There are several options:
1. The number is suspended due to exceeding the limit.
2. The number is suspended due to non-payment. -
How can I register internet settings for an Android system phone device?
The following steps can register the internet settings for phones operating with Android system: Settings-> More networks-> Mobile networks-> Access Point Name / APN. You must create or add a new APN and register the following data: Name- Team, APN - internet․ You must save the registered parameters and restart Your phone. SMS settings can be registered also by sending “2” text to 1212 number.

How can I get internet settings?
You can get the settings by dialing *151*2#, after receiving the 2nd SMS You must save them in the phone. Then You must restart Your phone.
If you WAnt to receive internet settings, please send “2” via SMS to 1212 number. You will receive 2 text messages: the second one must be saved. After saving it, please restart Your phone. Charging for the internet will be in accordance with the price plan, or the services activated. -
During what period can I pay for the service before the termination of the contract?
Within 60 days after the end of the active period of the package for COMBO 2, and for COMBO 3 within 51 days after the end of the active period of the package

Why can't I use the service?
Next time "Trusted payment" can be received 2 days after the charge of the previously received amount. You can use the service again, when the previous received amount has been charged from the balance. The service is available to prepaid system subscribers, who have been using "Team" mobile network services for more than 3 months.

How does the "call WAiting" service function?
There are three call WAiting types:
• to continue the conversation without receiving the new call
• to accept the second call, interrupting the ongoing conversation
• to talk to the two callers in sequenceto continue the conversation without receiving the new call

for rotary dial telephones: press shortly the turn off lever/bar and dial 0
In the event the person making the second call hears a signal, showing that the line is busy.

What do the numbers of blocked directions mean?
You can choose which direction calls you WAnt to block.
The following 5 options are available.
• 01 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), and outgoing calls directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 02 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), outgoing calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services (090) and "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88),
• 03 – blocks international calls (00), calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to other RA and NKR landline networks (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Viva Cell, Orange, K-Telecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to services with additional cost (090),
• 04 – blocks international calls, calls to CIS countries, to "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to RA and NKR landline network operators (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Team, Viva Cell, Orange, K-Telecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and outgoing calls, directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 05 – block all outgoing calls, except for those to special numbers.
• 06 - allows landline network subscribers (apart from subscribers of Gyumri, Stepanavan and Akhuryan cities, subscribers of Vayk and Goris villages and CDMA subscribers) to make outgoing calls to RA and NKR landline network operators (010, 011, 02,03, 047, 060xx), and blocks outgoing calls to other directions (outgoing international calls (00;*88*, 88), outgoing calls to RA and NKR mobile network operators, to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to the services with additional cost (090))
