What is my SIM-card’s validity period in case of positive account balance?
For a prepaid mobile number with a positive balance, if no payment has been made, the account has not been topped up, and the number has not been used for outgoing or incoming (voice or non-voice) calls or for sending SMS messages for a period of three months or more, the number with a positive balance is retained for 6 (six) months after termination of the contract, in accordance with clause 13.2.12 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” ОJSC. During this period, the contract may be re-concluded, and after the expiration of this period, the same number may be restored subject to the number's availability.

How long can I use my SIM-card in case of zero or negative account balance?
If the balance of Your account is zero or negative and You do not use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services is suspended and the contract is cancelled unilaterally according to 11.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” OJSC.
You have connected equipment to a public electronic communications network that is incompatible with or interferes with the operation of the public electronic communications network or the ability of others to use public electronic communications services. -
Can I use the service while outside of Armenia?
It is possible to get "Trusted payment" both in Armenia and in roaming.

How can I get information concerning my debt?
Call to number 115 in Yerevan: Please dial 115 short number, and enter your six-digit telephone number following the instructions of the answering machine, after which the information on your debt amount will be presented to you via voice message.
Call to number 115 in regions of Armenia: Please dial 115 short number, and enter your eight-digit telephone number following the instructions of the answering machine, i.e. the regional code + the telephone number, without dialing 0, after which the information on your debt amount will be presented to you via voice message.
The information concerning your debt is presented in 3 languages - Armenian, Russian, and English.
Calls to 115 short number from a landline telephone number are free of charge.
The service is provided free of charge when calling from Team mobile telephone numbers.
The subscribers can receive information concerning their debt amount for landline telephone communication services for the previous month as of the 3-rd day of each month.
