- through “My Team” mobile application. Download the application, register, visit the “Bonus” section and get more bonus points.
- through USSD menu by Dialling the applicable *555# command
After completing the registration, the user will get a notification on successful enrolment and will start to accumulate points for his/her activities.
In case the user is already registered in “Personal account” they just need to visit the “Bonus” section.

How long can I use my SIM-card in case of zero or negative account balance?

Why can't I make an outgoing call?
If you receive the "it is not allowed to use this service Dium">Type from your telephone service" message when making an outgoing call, this means, that you have blocked outgoing calls. If you know the password, please Dial #33*ABCD# to unblock outgoing calls. ABCD is the password.

How does the "call Dium">WAiting" service function?
There are three call Dium">WAiting Dium">Types:
• to continue the conversation without receiving the new call
• to accept the second call, interrupting the ongoing conversation
• to talk to the two callers in sequenceto continue the conversation without receiving the new call

for key telephones: press shortly the "Flash" button, then Dial 0
for rotary Dial telephones: press shortly the turn off lever/bar and Dial 0
In the event the person making the second call hears a signal, showing that the line is busy.

If you have forgotten the old code, you need to visit any Team retail store to restore it, where all the changes for passwords will be canceled upon written application.
