Team Telecom Armenia is looking for B2B sales specialist, who will be responsible for engagement of new clients and working for expansion of commercial relationship with existing ones.  

Position Title :

B2B sales specialist                  

Structural unit:

Corporate Sales Department, Commercial directorate

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage new corporate clients and expand the existing customer base.
  • Identify clients’ business needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Present the company’s services and products (internet, fixed/mobile communication, data transmission, cloud services, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and draft contracts.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and established KPIs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Education:

  • University degree   

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies;
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services and technologies is preferred;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people in challenging situations;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to make independent decisions;
  • Persistence in achieving results;
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.

Working experience:

  •  At least 1 year of working experience in sales and customer care
