Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers by phone calls.
•  Provide clear and full information on territorial access and tariff packages.
• Offer appropriate tariff packages to customers according to the established procedure.
• Carry out sales according to the approved plan.
•  Ensure confidentiality of subscriber data.

Education:

• University degree

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of sales technologies and techniques;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Literate and clear speech;
•  Flexibility, innovative approach to work;
•  Stress -resistant, attention to details;
• Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language, knowledge of Russian and English languages is a plus;
• Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package.

Working experience:

• At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant field
