Team Telecom Armenia is looking for Debts collection specialist for joining our Customer care team.

 

Position Title :

 Debts collection specialist

Structural unit:

Customer Care Directorate

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement collections/charging of overdue payments.
  • Clarify customers’ personal information –address/contact numbers.
  • Advice customers on all issues requested.
  • Implement pre-warning calls and organize SMS notifications.
  • Initiate blocking of the contact numbers with overdue payments.
  • Prepare documents and lists of cases for submitting to courts.
  • Report on activities on a weekly and monthly basis.

Education:

  • University degree  

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced user of MS Office with proficiency in Excel;
  • Excellent reporting skills;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Stress resistant, ability to work with hard cases;
  • Attention to details and flexibility;
  • Excellent team working skills;
  • Fluency in Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Working experience:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales and customer care
