Key Responsibilities:
|
- Implement collections/charging of overdue payments.
- Clarify customers’ personal information –address/contact numbers.
- Advice customers on all issues requested.
- Implement pre-warning calls and organize SMS notifications.
- Initiate blocking of the contact numbers with overdue payments.
- Prepare documents and lists of cases for submitting to courts.
- Report on activities on a weekly and monthly basis.

Education:
|

Qualifications & Skills:
|
- Advanced user of MS Office with proficiency in Excel;
- Excellent reporting skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Stress resistant, ability to work with hard cases;
- Attention to details and flexibility;
- Excellent team working skills;
- Fluency in Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Working experience:
|
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales and customer care
|
