Position title:

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital products, from development to launch;
• Define and develop strategic product directions;
• Analyze the market to identify trends;
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and product development;
• Research and apply new methods and tools to improve processes and increase the company’s efficiency;
• Participate in the digitalization processes of the services provided by the company;
• Plan and release updates for applications on the App Store and Google Play;
• Conduct digital product analysis to identify process-related inconsistencies;
• Prepare analyses and reports.

Background:

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or IT

• Knowledge of product performance evaluation methods;
• Knowledge and/or experience in using AI tools and agent-based systems;
• Practical IT skills are an advantage;
• Skills in working with databases;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Analytical thinking;
• Initiative and adaptability;
• Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages;
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Work experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field;
• Certification in Product Management and Marketing will be considered an advantage
