Position Title :

Structural unit:

Corporate Sales Department, Commercial directorate

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand and develop strong relationship with existing customers.
• Proceed with activities to search and attract new corporate clients.
• Analyze the requests and demands of corporate clients and propose commercial offers.
• Ensure long-term cooperation with clients via proposing upgraded commercial offers.
• Ensure that all KPI’s are achieved.

Education:

      University degree   

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques;
• Business acumen;
• Knowledge in the field of telecommunication is a plus;
• Experience in working with external clients;
• Result oriented;
• Reporting and business writing skills;
• Ability to work with people in conflict situations;
• Decision making skills;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Negotiation skills;
• Advanced MS office user, Power Point;
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages.

Working experience:

       At least 1 year of working experience in sales and customer care
