Position Title :

Commercial directorate

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide high-quality and high-level services to customers.

·       Implement the sales of provided services and products.

·       Maintain cash operations and keep relevant documentation.

·       Act in line with procedures and work instructions.

·       Ensure settings regulation for all devices.

·       Prepare reports in accordance with the approved schedule.

Education:

·       University degree or college diploma/certificate

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of basics of telecommunications;
• Knowledge of sales and service fundamentals;
• Ability to implement active sales;
• Open to learning new skills;
• Ability to negotiate;
• Sales and customer care skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, stress-resistant;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Conflict management capabilities;
• Result-oriented, accurate and responsible personality;
• Excellent team player;
• Advanced Microsoft Office user (particularly knowledge of Excel);
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, fluency in English and Russian languages. 

Working experience:

• Working experience in sales and customer care is a plus
