 Digital advertising and analytics specialist

Division

Digital Communications Team, Media and Communications Department

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collect and process data from various sources (CRM, web analytics, advertising systems, mail, etc.).

·      Calculate key performance indicators (KPI).

·      Conduct data segmentation according to different criteria (traffic source, sales channels, etc.).

·      Analyze data and advertising campaigns.

·      Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and advertising.

·      Calculate ROI (investment returns) for advertising campaigns.

·      Search optimization points for advertising campaigns.

·      Conduct analysis, evaluation of marketing activities (e- newsletters/email distribution, promotions, etc.).

·      Prepare reports based on the results of the analysis.

·      Analyze data based on sales and website/app performance.

·      Evaluate the effectiveness of developed functions.

Education:

·      University degree in economics, marketing, advertising or finance

Qualifications and Skills:

·      Profound knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Adobe Analytics, etc;

·      Knowledge advertising platforms and hands-on experience;

 (Google Ads, Facebook, Yandex.Direct Ads, etc.);

·      Experience in working with CRM systems;

·      Ability to work with big data;

·      Project management skills;

·      Excellent communication and teamwork skills;

·      Ability to conduct negotiations;

·      Ability to communicate with people in difficult situations;

·      Stress resistant;

·      Time management skills;

·      Advanced MS Office user;

·      Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.

Experience

·      At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field, experience in advertising agency is a plus
