We are looking for HR administration specialist  

Position Title:

 HR administration specialist 

Type of vacancy:

Temporary

Structural unit:

Human Resources and Organizational Development Directorate

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct HR documentation in line with centralized procedures.
  • Keep records for staff transfers, vacation/sick-leave sheets in accordance with RA Labor Law, legal acts and internal policies.
  • Conduct staff personal files.
  • Prepare and issue orders.
  • Provide consultation to employees on issues regarding RA Labor Law.
  • Keep data base records and ensure their timely updates.
  • Generate reports and submit to appropriate state bodies․

Education:

·         University degree;

·        HR certification is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in ArmSoft;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills;
  • Team working skills;
  • Initiative and flexible manners;
  • Time management skills;
  • Ability to set priorities and take prompt/effective decisions;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluency in Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Experience

·        At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
