Team Telecom Armenia is looking for Customer care service quality control specialist

Position Title :

Customer care service quality control specialist          

Structural unit:

Commercial directorate

Key Responsibilities:

 

·      Draft and conduct trainings for the quality improvement of customer care service.

·      Provide accurate and timely communication to teams involved in direct contact with customers.

·      Cooperate with other stakeholders of the Company.

·      Control and assess the process of communication with customers in

line with developed standards and evaluation matrics.

·      Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.

·      Introduce and implement new ideas, projects and proposals for the improvement of quality.

·      Hold individual/group meetings to disclose gaps and consult over solutions.

 

Education:

·      University degree   

Qualifications & Skills:

·      Excellent communication skills;

·      Ability to conduct training and sessions;

·      Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills (written and verbal);

·      Ability to keep work ethics, responsible and flexible personality;

·      Analytical mindset;

·      Willingness to changes;

·      Ability to integrate/adapt easily and act promptly;

·      Stress-resistant and conflict management skills;

·      Ability to take independent and effective decisions;

·      Advanced user MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point):            

·      Fluency in Armenian and English languages, knowledge of Russian language is a plus. 

Working experience:

·      At least 2 years in a relevant field;

·      Experience in customer care and service is a plus.
