Beeline and Megafon Launch Restriction Removal for Roaming Subscribers in Russia.
Starting from November 18, 2025, subscribers roaming on the Beeline or Megafon networks will be able to quickly remove restrictions on mobile internet access and outgoing SMS. Immediately after registering on the Beeline or Megafon networks, subscribers receive an SMS containing a link to a Captcha verification page. The terms and conditions of the following tariff plans will be changed as of December 17th of this year: The prepaid “Be Free 2000” tariff plan will be renamed to “Be Free 2300”. The monthly fee will be 2300 AMD instead of the previous 2000 AMD.
