What is my SIM-Card’s validity period in Case of positive aCCount balanCe?
The validity period of the SIM Card is unlimited if the balanCe of Your aCCount is positive and You use CommuniCation serviCes. If you don’t use CommuniCation serviCes for more than 3 months, the provision of the ServiCes may be suspended and the ContraCt CanCelled unilaterally aCCording to 7.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile CommuniCation serviCes of the prepaid payment system of “TeleCom Armenia” ОJSC.
The ContraCt Can be renewed with the same number within 1 year. To restore the number, You must ContaCt the nearest Team Sales and ServiCe OffiCe with an identity doCument and, as a new subsCriber, sign an ContraCt with the same number, seleCting one of the priCe plans on sale and paying the priCe of the seleCted priCe plan. If the speCified period expires, restoration of the number will be possible based on its availability. -
Is there a validation period for the aCCumulated bonus points?
Yes, all the points aCCumulated in 1 year will have the same validity period. That is in Case user registered in 2019 and starts to aCCumulate points, the aCCumulated point will be valid until 31.12.2020, points aCCumulated in 2020 will be valid until 31.12.2021.
In Case of no usage of the Current bonus points, during the validity period, all the aCCumulated points will be zeroed on the 31st of DeCember of the next year. The nullifiCation of the aCCumulated points is performed on yearly basis both for prepaid and postpaid users. Before nullifying the aCCumulated points users will get Class="searCh-global__highlighted ver-top-box monserrat-medium">WArning notifiCation sms 20 days in advanCe. In the personal aCCount page user Can see the aCCumulated points and its validity period. In Case the user is subsCribed to Beeline Bonus program for two or more years, then s/he will have two validity periods for the aCCumulated points:
- the previous year aCCumulated points and the Current year aCCumulated points.

If the balanCe of Your aCCount is zero or negative and You do not use CommuniCation serviCes for more than 3 months, the provision of the ServiCes is suspended and the ContraCt is CanCelled unilaterally aCCording to 11.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile CommuniCation serviCes of the prepaid payment system of “TeleCom Armenia” OJSC.

In the event the person making the seCond Call hears a signal, showing that the line is busy.

How Can I Change my password?
To Change password (free of Charge) for key telephones, please dial *99*abCd*ABCD#, for rotary dial telephones, please dial 199abCd ABCD (‘’abCd’’ is the old Code, ‘’ABCD’’ is the new Code - any four-digit number). If you have forgotten the old Code, you need to visit any Team retail store to restore it, where all the Changes for passwords will be CanCeled upon written appliCation.

ACtivation for key telephones is done by dialing *43#, for rotary dial telephones, please dial 143. ServiCe deaCtivation Code for key telephones is #43#, for rotary dial telephones 144. The serviCe is free of Charge. -
How Can I terminate landline serviCe ContraCt?
To CanCel the ContraCt, the person after whom the landline serviCe ContraCt Class="searCh-global__highlighted ver-top-box monserrat-medium">WAs formed, should visit Beeline retail store along with his passport. After making required payments, the ContraCt for the serviCe provision will be CanCeled.

How Can I make a ContraCt for a telephone line installation?
1.Fill in the appliCation form presented on the site and submit it at the nearest Team retails store.

3. Visit the nearest Team retail store to sign a ContraCt.
