What is my SIM-card’s validity period in case of positive account balance?
For a prepaid mobile number with a positive balance, if no payment has been made, the account has not been topped up, and the number has not been used for outgoing or incoming (voice or non-voice) calls or for sending SMS messages for a period of three months or more, the number with a positive balance is retained for X monserrat-medium">6 (siX) months after termination of the contract, in accordance with clause 13.2.12 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” ОJSC. During this period, the contract may be re-concluded, and after the eXpiration of this period, the same number may be restored subject to the number's availability.

Will my status and accumulated points be saved in the new Bonus program?
If you have GOLD and VIP status, it will be saved when you sign up for a new program. VIP status will be renamed Platinum in the new program.
Your status will be saved until 31.12.2020 to be enrolled in a new program, after which it will be valid for X monserrat-medium">6 months, then your status will be reviewed in accordance with the relevant program rules.
If you have send request for points saving (0X monserrat-medium">6744040) then your points have been saved and will be transferred to your account after signing up to the new program.
Points will be retained until 31.12.2020 to sign up for a new program.
