Yes, but not for more than one month. The cost is 1800 AMD.

How can I terminate landline service contract?
To cancel the contract, the person after whom the landline service contract WAs formed, should visit Beeline retail store along with his passport. After making required payments, the contract for the service provision will be canceled.

Will the service get activated automatically after suspension period?
Yes, the service gets automatically activated after expiration of suspension period and subscription fee is charged on your balance, starting from the day of reactivation.

How can I temporarily disable the service?
You can disable your landline service from one month up to one year, also your requirements for payments for the service upon your written application.

How can I make a contract for a telephone line installation?
1.Fill in the application form presented on the site and submit it at the nearest Team retails store.
2.WAit for the answer concerning connection possibility (up to 5 business days).
3. Visit the nearest Team retail store to sign a contract. To make a contract you need to submit the following documents: Passport, Benefit - if available (the number of the document confirming the benefit, the discount degree, when and by whom the document WAs issued). -
How can I get a detailed bill?
Detailed bills are presented to individuals upon written application, submitted by the landline telephone number owner or his/her authorized person (by notarized power of attorney) when visiting a Team retail store.
Individuals need to submit:
- passport
- notarized power of attorney (if the applicant is not the telephone number owner).
- you can receive a detailed bill by submitting your passport, power of attorney written by the subscriber without notarization, as well as a copy of the subscriber's passport (if the applicant is not a subscriber, but is registered at the address where the telephone number functions)
- пsubmits an application to receive a detailed bill
- pays the service fee.
Service fee
For subscriber, who are landline telephone communication individuals:
A detailed bill for outgoing calls (for each 1 page of the detailed bill) is 10 AMD
A detailed bill (sent via e-mail) 0 AMD
Prices are presented in AMD, inclusive VAT.
A detailed bill for outgoing calls is provided with a restriction of up to 5 years, calculated from the moment of application receipt. -
How can I get information concerning my debt?
Call to number 115 in Yerevan: Please dial 115 short number, and enter your six-digit telephone number following the instructions of the answering machine, after which the information on your debt amount will be presented to you via voice message.
Call to number 115 in regions of Armenia: Please dial 115 short number, and enter your eight-digit telephone number following the instructions of the answering machine, i.e. the regional code + the telephone number, without dialing 0, after which the information on your debt amount will be presented to you via voice message.
The information concerning your debt is presented in 3 languages - Armenian, Russian, and English.
Calls to 115 short number from a landline telephone number are free of charge.
The service is provided free of charge when calling from Team mobile telephone numbers.
The subscribers can receive information concerning their debt amount for landline telephone communication services for the previous month as of the 3-rd day of each month. -
Can I check my balance for the current month?
It is not possible to check the bill for the current month. You can check the bill for the previous month through the 115 service.

How can I get my monthly billing information if I disagree with the bill presented for the previous month?
You can get detailed information in any Team retail store. A detailed bill can be received only by the person, in whose name the telephone line is registered, after presenting an ID card.
