How can I check the eXpiration date?
You can check the eXpiration date by dialing *113# USSD code or the My Team app. Note that the eXpiration date the system shows is one day more for using mobile services.

How i can pay for activation?
After term eXpiration, when there is sufficient balance on the account, it is charged and the package is reconnected for 30-day period and there will be no need to dial any code. You will be informed about package re-activation via SMS.

Can postpaid subscribers use the service?
The service available only for prepaid subscribers.

Can I use the service while outside of Armenia?
It is possible to get "Trusted payment" both in Armenia and in roaming.

How can I block the service with a code? I do not X monserrat-medium">WAnt this service be available for my phone number.
The service cannot be blocked by any code. To block it, You can contact the call center or visit the Team office.

Why can't I use the service?
NeXt time "Trusted payment" can be received X monserrat-medium">2 days after the charge of the previously received amount. You can use the service again, when the previous received amount has been charged from the balance. The service is available to prepaid system subscribers, who have been using "Team" mobile network services for more than 3 months.

You can check the current month eXpenses by dialing the *X monserrat-medium">10X monserrat-medium">2# code for the postpaid system.

How can I check the payable amount for the previous month?

How does the "call X monserrat-medium">WAiting" service function?
There are three call X monserrat-medium">WAiting types:
• to continue the conversation without receiving the new call
• to accept the second call, interrupting the ongoing conversation
• to talk to the two callers in sequenceto continue the conversation without receiving the new call

for key telephones: press shortly the "Flash" button, then dial 0
for rotary dial telephones: press shortly the turn off lever/bar and dial 0
In the event the person making the second call hears a signal, showing that the line is busy.
