What is my SIM-card’s valiDity period in case of positive account balance?
The valiDity period of the SIM card is unlimited if the balance of Your account is positive and You use communication services. If you don’t use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services may be suspended and the contract cancelled unilaterally accorDing to 7.2 of the Terms and ConDitions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” ОJSC.
The contract can be renewed with the same number within 1 year. To restore the number, You must contact the nearest Team Sales and Service Office with an identity document and, as a new subscriber, sign an contract with the same number, selecting one of the price plans on sale and paying the price of the selected price plan. If the specified period expires, restoration of the number will be possible based on its availability. -
How to enroll in the program?

- through the website http://www.telecomarmenia.am by registering to “Personal account” and visiting “Bonus” section.
- through “My Team” mobile application. Download the application, register, visit the “Bonus” section and get more bonus points.
- through USSD menu by Dialling the applicable *555# command
After completing the registration, the user will get a notification on successful enrolment and will start to accumulate points for his/her activities.
In case the user is already registered in “Personal account” they just need to visit the “Bonus” section.

During what period can I pay for the service before the termination of the contract?
Within 60 days after the end of the active period of the package for COMBO 2, and for COMBO 3 within 51 days after the end of the active period of the package

How i can pay for activation?
After term expiration, when there is sufficient balance on the account, it is charged and the package is reconnected for 30-day period and there will be no need to Dial any code. You will be informed about package re-activation via SMS.

How can I get a detailed bill?
Detailed bills are presented to inDividuals upon written application, submitted by the landline telephone number owner or his/her authorized person (by notarized power of attorney) when visiting a Team retail store.
InDividuals need to submit:
- passport
- notarized power of attorney (if the applicant is not the telephone number owner).
- you can receive a detailed bill by submitting your passport, power of attorney written by the subscriber without notarization, as well as a copy of the subscriber's passport (if the applicant is not a subscriber, but is registered at the address where the telephone number functions)
- пsubmits an application to receive a detailed bill
- pays the service fee.
Service fee
For subscriber, who are landline telephone communication inDividuals:
A detailed bill for outgoing calls (for each 1 page of the detailed bill) is 10 AMD
A detailed bill (sent via e-mail) 0 AMD
Prices are presented in AMD, inclusive VAT.
A detailed bill for outgoing calls is provided with a restriction of up to 5 years, calculated from the moment of application receipt. -
How much do I need to pay for a new telephone line installation?
The one-time fee for a new telephone line installation is 2400 AMD.
