What is status of the Team Bonus program and how is it granted?
Once registered to the Program, the users will be given a membership status according to the monthly expenses for mobile and convergent services of “Team” CJSC (computed cumulatively for the last six months).
Statuses to be assigned to the subscribers are the following:
- Standard status (>100/
- Silver status(>13 000/
- Gold status (>37 000/<£77 999 AMD)
- Platinum status (>78 000 AMD)

How to exchange bonus points to the services?
The accumulated points can be exchanged with the mobile internet, sms, minute bundles and other special offers proposed by the Company.
Subscriber can exchange the accumulated points with offered services only when in active status.
Services exchanged for the accumulated bonus points have validity period for 15/30 days, and in case of no usage the activated services will burn with no restore possibility.
Subscriber can exchange the bonus points with the services in 3 WAys:
- through the “Bonus” section of the “My Team” mobile application,
- through the bonus section of the Personal Account on http://www.telecomarmenia.am,
- through USSD menu by dialling *555#.

How to accumulate points?
- After registering user will accumulate points corresponding to the status of the subscriber. For each spent 10 AMD user will get 1 point. (corresponding to the status of the subscriber). Depending on the status, subscribers accumulate points in accordance with the coefficient of their status:
- Standard status: 10 AMD = 1 point/
- Silver status: 10 AMD = 1.3 points/
- Gold status: 10 AMD = 1.5 points/
- Platinum status: 10 AMD = 1.7 points/
Points are not accumulated for the amount spent on premium SMS and voice services (for example: for services included in the Entertainment section of the website http://www.telecomarmenia.am, the “Where Are You” service), for messages sent to 1045 short number (parking services), as well as for any voice and short message services provided by third parties).
- In case of a one-time top up of the balance in the amount of 10,000 AMD and more.
- For registering to Team Bonus program, depending on the registration method.
- On the day of subscription to the Beeline Bonus program.
- When switching to certain tariff plans.

How can I check the balance (for corporate subscribers)?
To get information about the balances of services, included in your price plan, you can dial *113# code․ To check the balance of your corporate account, dial the code *109#.

How may I deactivate SMS ads notifications?
You can opt out of commercial SMS messages by dialing 100 .

How can I transfer money to another subscriber?
"Balance Transfer" service code is *145*0xxxxxxxx*sum#. The price of each transfer is 3 AMD. You can transfer starting from 10 AMD. Transfer is possible for 5 times a day. The service is available not to all price plans.

How can I check the balance?
You can check their balance by dialing the *102# or via the “My Team” application.
You can see the expenses for the current month by typing the command *102# in the case of a postpaid system. -
What do the numbers of blocked directions mean?
You can choose which direction calls you WAnt to block.
The following 5 options are available.
• 01 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), and outgoing calls directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 02 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), outgoing calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services (090) and "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88),
• 03 – blocks international calls (00), calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to other RA and NKR landline networks (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Viva Cell, Orange, K-Telecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to services with additional cost (090),
• 04 – blocks international calls, calls to CIS countries, to "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to RA and NKR landline network operators (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Team, Viva Cell, Orange, K-Telecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and outgoing calls, directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 05 – block all outgoing calls, except for those to special numbers.
• 06 - allows landline network subscribers (apart from subscribers of Gyumri, Stepanavan and Akhuryan cities, subscribers of Vayk and Goris villages and CDMA subscribers) to make outgoing calls to RA and NKR landline network operators (010, 011, 02,03, 047, 060xx), and blocks outgoing calls to other directions (outgoing international calls (00;*88*, 88), outgoing calls to RA and NKR mobile network operators, to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to the services with additional cost (090)) -
What do the blocking numbers for directions mean?
You can choose the directions you WAnt to block for calling. Here are 6 available options.
- 01-blocks international outgoing calls (00) and value added services (090)
- 02-blocks international outgoing calls to Georgia, to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Baltic States, blocks calls to value added services (090) and outgoing calls made by ‘’Armenians’ world’’ service (*88*,88)
- 03-blocks international outgoing calls, outgoing calls to Georgia, to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Baltic States, and outgoing calls made by ‘’Armenians’ World’’ service (*88*,88), other fixed (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), and mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh (Vivacell Orange, K-Telecom), ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888), blocks outgoing calls with value added services (090)
- 04- blocks international outgoing calls, calls to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), blocks value added services (090) and outgoing calls made by ‘’Hayeri ashkharh’’ service (88,88), blocks other fixed and mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh, ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888) and outgoing calls with value added services (090).
- 05-blocks outgoing calls in general excluding calls made to special numbers
- 06-lets the fixed line subscribers, (except for ones of Gyumri, Stepanavan and Akhuryan cities, Vayk, Goris village subscribers and CDMA subscribers), make calls to fixed networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh (010, 011, 02, 03, 047, 060xx) and blocks outgoing calls to other directions (outgoing international calls (00, *88*, 88), blocks outgoing calls to mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-Karabakh, ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888) and calls to value added services (090).
