Yes, if Your balance is not zero. If it is zero, then You can use only incoming services (receive calls and SMS).

I WAnt to set a permanent limit, can I set it by calling?
No, you can also apply for a fixed limit electronically. Download the "Application for a Fixed Limit" from the "useful documents |team" section fill it out, and send it to our email address: customer_care@telecomarmenia.am. A fixed limit is set for an indefinite period.

How does the "call WAiting" service function?
There are three call WAiting types:
• to continue the conversation without receiving the new call
• to accept the second call, interrupting the ongoing conversation
• to talk to the two callers in sequenceto continue the conversation without receiving the new call

for key telephones: press shortly the "Flash" button, then dial 0
for rotary dial telephones: press shortly the turn off lever/bar and dial 0
In the event the person making the second call hears a signal, showing that the line is busy.

To pass from one caller to the other, please press the "Flash" button and dial 2.
In the event of Finishing the conversation with one of the subscribers, please press the "Flash" button, then press 1 and continue talking with both subscribers. -
How can I make a contract for a telephone line installation?
1.Fill in the application form presented on the site and submit it at the nearest Team retails store.
2.WAit for the answer concerning connection possibility (up to 5 business days).
3. Visit the nearest Team retail store to sign a contract. To make a contract you need to submit the following documents: Passport, Benefit - if available (the number of the document confirming the benefit, the discount degree, when and by whom the document WAs issued).
