Roaming activation terms
For Individuals
International roaming is automatically activated for prepaid and postpaid subscribers in all countries except Iran and Turkey.
When traveling to Iran or Turkey, roaming is activated with special code: *132#.
For Legal Entities
To activate the “International Roaming” service, legal entities must visit a Team Sales and Service Center and provide:
- a passport,
- a notarized power of attorney (if the phone number is not registered in the applicant’s name).
After that, an application form for the “International Roaming” service activation must be completed.
For travel to Iran and Turkey, legal entities should also dial a special code: *132#, after activating the “International Roaming” service.
Important notice for all postpaid subscribers!
To check the limit of the provided services please dial *110*321#.
Roaming will be deactivated when the limit of provided services is exceeded.
If you want to change your settled limit please visit Team Sales and Service Center or call to Team Customer Service Center by dialing 100.
Using Team roaming you can contact Team Customer Support Center via free of charge telephone number +374-8000-0612 worldwide.
In order to use roaming services in Iran and Turkey you need to dial *132#.
If back to Armenia, to avoid unforeseen expenses, deactivate roaming services in Iran and Turkey by dialing *133#.
In case of being close to Armenia's boarder areas, be attentive to avoid unforeseen use of roaming. Choose Team network manually in your phone Settings.
