Key Responsibilities։

•  Identify customer needs and issue questions’ clarifications  in written form;
•  Respond to Customer requests in a timely and accurate manner using a written platform or email;
•  Process requests by providing relevant information;
•  Serve multiple clients at the same time and register complaints/questions in parallel;
•  If necessary, draft  a Request Submission and send it according to the priority.

Education։

·         Higher Education

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Ability to type quickly and competently;

·         Ability to set effective interpersonal relationships;

·         Quick orientation and decision-making skills;

·         Attention, flexibility, analytical thinking;

·         Excellent knowledge of  Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages;

·         Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
