Main responsibilities

• Review primary accounting documents submitted by the Company’s departments and prepare payment requests.
• Monitor processes related to low-value purchases made without contracts.
• Prepare acceptance and handover acts  for inventory items.
• Monitor the deadlines for the delivery of goods, provision of services, and performance of works stipulated in contracts, and calculate penalties/fines when necessary.
• Coordinate penalty/fine calculations with the relevant functional department, prepare compensation invoices, and send them to supplier organizations.
• Verify and reconcile documents, invoices, and acceptance certificates related to the delivery of goods, provision of services, and performance of works with supplier organizations.

Education

• Higher education in Finance/Accounting, Economics  

Skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles;
• Knowledge of AS-Accountant accounting software will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Initiative, accountability, and reliability;
• Ability to work effectively in challenging situations;
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of English and Russian.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of working experience in the relevant field
