Position Title:

Specialist of Construction and Maintenance works

Structural Unit:

Real Estate Management Division, Operations Directorate

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the Company's construction, renovation, technical, and maintenance work.
• Ensure the works are completed in time and with guaranteed quality in accordance with the approved requirements.
• Coordinate the furnishing, ongoing renovation, and technical maintenance of the Company's offices, warehouses, and other facilities.
• Participate in the implementation of construction and technical projects, including the preparation of design, technical, and cost estimate documentation, as well as budget planning.
• Organize and ensure the acquisition of all permits, technical specifications, and other documentation required for construction and technical works.
• Collaborate with vendors, design companies, suppliers, and other partners to ensure the efficient organization and successful execution of construction and technical works.

Education:

• University degree in construction, engineering, or a related field

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and technical documentation;
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to respond effectively in complex situations;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Advanced MS Office user;
• Excellent command of Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages․

Experience:

• At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field
