Team Telecom Armenia is looking for Team Energy Product Owner. Team Energy is Armenia’s leading EV charging network and mobile app for electric vehicle drivers. We are expanding rapidly, building out robust charging infrastructure, and constantly pushing the bar on service quality. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a dedicated, talented, and passionate Product Owner to take charge of our digital ecosystem and drive the next phase of our product.

Main responsibilities:
|
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and feature roadmap for our mobile application (iOS/Android) and internal management platforms.
Hardware & Software Integration:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate app features with physical charging station infrastructure (OCPP protocols, payment gateways, telemetry, and load management).
Backlog Management:
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment.
Product Analytics & Growth:
- Monitor key performance indicators (DAU/MAU, session success rates, charging conversion, customer retention, and LTV) to make data-informed product decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, field operations, customer support, and marketing to ensure timely and smooth feature rollouts.
Market & User Research:
- Continuously gather feedback from drivers, run user testing, and stay ahead of global EV charging trends and technology innovations.

Background:
|
- University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or IT
|
|
Required skills and qualifications:
|
- Solid understanding of mobile software development, REST APIs, payment systems, and software-hardware interactions;
- Hands-on experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL) to evaluate feature impact;
- Proven track record leading Scrum rituals (sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos) and working directly with technical leads;
- High interest in electric mobility, green tech, and charging infrastructure.

- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
