Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of IT change requests related to customer service, changes in the provision of new products and services, and assessment of their feasibility.
• Participation in the company's projects in order to identify requirements in the initial stages of the project and determine their impact on IT systems.
• Propose optimal IT solutions for company initiatives.
• Presentation of recommendations for optimal IT decisions on company processes.
• Perform approval and/or business analysis depending on the type and scope of the change application.
• Participate in IT change revision and implementation management processes.
• Development and coordination of functional projects of information systems within the group's responsibility.

Education:

• University degree

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL fundamental principles;
• Knowledge of the basics of IT service management;
• Analytical thinking;
• Ability to manage time;
• Ability to set priorities and make the right decisions;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Teamwork and collaboration skills;
• MS Office excellent knowledge;
• Excellent knowledge of the Armenian language, knowledge of English and Russian languages.

Working experience:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a relevant field
