The following changes will take place from January 22, 2026: The prepaid “Smart 5500” tariff plan will be terminated, and subscribers’ phone numbers will be migrated to the “BeFree 5000 unlimit” tariff plan, which includes unlimited internet, 2000 minutes to all networks RA, USA, Canada, RF Beeline and Tele2 networks, 500 SMS, 200 MB in roaming, 60 TV channels. Beeline and Megafon Launch Restriction Removal for Roaming Subscribers in Russia.
Starting from November 18, 2025, subscribers roaming on the Beeline or Megafon networks will be able to quickly remove restrictions on mobile internet access and outgoing SMS. Immediately after registering on the Beeline or Megafon networks, subscribers receive an SMS containing a link to a Captcha verification page.
