Personalized special offers may be sent via SMS to prepaid subscribers of "Telecom Armenia OJSC". These offers are available only to subscribers who have received the respective SMS.

To benefit from the offer, the subscriber must fulfill the condition specified in the SMS. Upon completion, a bonus will be credited in the form of balance or mobile data (MB/GB).

The validity period of the bonus is specified in the SMS. The remaining bonus balance and its expiry date can be checked by dialing *177#. Any unused bonus will expire and be forfeited once the validity period ends.

The bonus may be used to activate or reactivate a tariff plan, activate internet and voice services, as well as for calls to all networks within Armenia, SMS, and mobile data usage.

If other packages or services are already active, bonuses granted under special offers will be used first.

The bonus cannot be used to activate roaming packages or for calls, mobile internet, or SMS while roaming. It also cannot be used to pay for value-added services.

Account top-ups made through the "Balance Transfer" service are not considered eligible top-ups for the purposes of these special offers.
