The validity period of the SIM card is unlimited if the balance of Your account is positive and You use communication services. If you don’t use communication services for more than 3 months, the provision of the Services may be suspended and the contract cancelled unilaterally according to 7.2 of the Terms and Conditions for the provision of mobile communication services of the prepaid payment system of “Telecom Armenia” ОJSC.
The contract can be renewed with the same number within 1 year. To restore the number, You must contact the nearest Team Sales and Service Office with an identity document and, as a new subscriber, sign an contract with the same number, selecting one of the price plans on sale and paying the price of the selected price plan. If the specified period expires, restoration of the number will be possible based on its availability.
