Can I use the service while outside of Armenia?
It is possible to get "Trusted payment" both in Armenia and in roaming.

How can I block the service with a code? I do not WAnt this service be available for my phone number.
The service cannot be blocked by any code. To block it, You can contact the call center or visit the Team office.

Why can't I use the service?
Next time "Trusted payment" can be received 2 days after the charge of the previously received amount. You can use the service again, when the previous received amount has been charged from the balance. The service is available to prepaid system subscribers, who have been using "Team" mobile network services for more than 3 months.

How can I check the current month’s spending?
You can check the current month expenses by dialing the *102# code for the postpaid system.

How can I check the payable amount for the previous month?
To check the payable amount for the previous month dial *102# command or via the “My Team” appliCation.

How is the amount payable presented for postpaid subscribers?
The subscriber can see the amount payable for the previous month immediately after the bills are ready, on the 2nd of each month

How can I activate the "Calling number identifiCation" service?
Thanks to the "Calling number identifiCation" service you can see the mobile or landline number from which you receive a call on your telephone device screen.
The service activation and deactivation is made by the Operator upon your written appliCation.
The appliCation should be submitted to the nearest Team retail store.
The service activation is free of charge.
The monthly subscription fee is 200 AMD/month. -

For telephones with all incoming calls instant call forWArding preference only when the subscriber doesn't answer first four telephone calls.
